Supreme Omnipotence, the latest political institution of Home Acelines, was developed after Acelinians had suffered from a large-scale alien invasion thousands of years ago.

It was common that, in our Universe, highly intelligent beings preferred to integate their social governing systems into the "universal rule", such as Cosmic Might the Acelinian epics called. They believed the rule possessed everything of our Universe. Following it would maintain an eternal good prospect of their civilization development.

Other galaxians believed that The Oneness, the main source of the Acelinian structure of wisdom, was possibly the same universal source that the other galaxians were channeling. For example, in the Earthling faith there was Akashic Records. For Beepeans it was The Highest Mind, and for Falconians the cosmic database called The Great Mother...
